When you hire Anthony to manage air operations for your air show, you are hiring a Navy veteran who is detail-oriented, organized and able to meet the demands of your show's fast-paced environment.  Anthony places the utmost importance on preparation and will use all means necessary (voice calls, email, cell phone text messages, etc.) to communicate PROMPTLY with your show's point of contact to help avoid last-minute fires while providing the SAFEST and most entertaining event possible.

The following services are offered:

  • Liaison with airport management, Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) / Air Traffic Control (ATC) personnel and concerned local agencies
  • Complete and submit FAA Form 7711-2 (Application for Certificate of Waiver or Authorization) and        Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFR) paperwork required for event
  • Obtain additional radio frequencies (if required) by completing FAA Aviation Event Frequency Application and FCC Form 601 (Application for Radio Service Authorization)
  • Review participating aircrew/performer profiles and prepare event timeline
  • Write and process required Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs) concerning the event
  • Coordinate emergency procedures with crash/fire/rescue (CFR) personnel
  • Develop and conduct the required Participants Safety Briefing
  • Provide the safe and efficient control of flying activities in accordance with the briefed timeline, applicable Certificate of Waiver and Federal Aviation Regulations
